When I told her I may be in the market, she let me know to contact her any time. It has been approximately 2 years since I have been looking for the "right " place. During this time, she has been extremely patient and impressively responsive to all of my requests for showings. Being that this was my first home purchase and I had many questions while trying to understand the whole process, Jen always made me feel incredibly comfortable, ensuring I understood everything. Jen was the agent for the home we purchased last December in Dakota County. Jen was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us and understood our needs from the very first open house, even giving us pointers on what to look for and how to better utilize the space. My husband and I were first-time home buyers, so the pointers Jen was able to share were very much appreciated. Jen was always available to answer our questions and to show us potential homes any time we asked. After the sale, Jen checked in to see if we had any additional questions and to verify we were able to move in without any issues. Would totally work with Jen again!

She has tons of experience and connections. She knows the market and how to correctly price sales. We received 7 competing offers when it was time to sell our St. Louis Park home. Also worked her connections to find us the perfect house in Eden Prairie before it went on MLS, so we didn't have to worry about competing offers. She's personable, patient, fun, and a joy to spend time with all the attributes you want in a real estate agent. We've confidently recommended her to family, friends, and co-workers.
